Two Silver's Highlight Men's Swimming MAC Championships Day Two
YORK, Pa. –
George Wade and the 400 medley relay team each won silver medals to highlight day two of the 2022 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships from Graham Aquatic Center on Friday evening.
The Knights sit at fourth place overall after the second day.
Wade finished a personal-best 4:11.33 in the 400 IM to earn the second-place finish, followed by
Dalton Fink in 15
th place with a time of 4:38.98.
The 400 medley relay team of
Shane Stauffer, Wade,
Janis Kirsis, and
Carlos Pinga earned silver with a time of 3:29.66, missing the program-best by under a second in the process.
Dylan Alexander came in fifth in the 200 free with a time of 1:46.30. He was followed by Pinga at 1:47.16 for 10
th place and
Daniel Ross at 23
rd with a time of 1:51.96, who hit a personal-best time of 1:51.79 during the morning prelims.
The 200 free relay team of Stauffer,
Ryan Erdman,
Tyler Mui, and Pinga finished fourth with a time of 1:26.33, just behind the program record of 1:25.98.
