Presto pitched seven innings in the opening game, allowing only four hits and one run. She struck out 12 batters, including the first seven outs she recorded in the game coming by way of a strikeout.

Five Knights had a multi-hit game in the night cap, headlined by Grace Cosgrove's 3-for-3 performance. Costigan, Diianni, Sooy and Goodridge all added two hits in the game two win. In total, Sooy was 5-for-8 in the two games with three doubles.

Brenna Dolan won her ninth game of the season as she pitched six-plus innings, allowing five hits, three runs (one earned run) and striking out five. Dolan began the seventh, but Presto entered the game and got the final three outs for the Knights.
