Rhoades Drives Women's Basketball to Win at Delaware Valley

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Hanna Rhoades game-high 17 points helped lead the Arcadia University women's basketball team to a 61-52 win in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Wednesday evening. Following Rhoades in double-figures were Mara Weaver and Delaney Bell.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Delaware Valley raced out to an 11-4 lead through the first six minutes. 

-The Knights finished the initial quarter on a 14-2 run, leading 18-13 as the horn sounded.

-Arcadia outscored the Aggies 23-19 in the second stanza and went into halftime holding a 41-32 lead.

-The lead was trimmed to 47-46 after the Knights were outscored 14-6 in the third.

-Arcadia trailed 50-47 one minute into the fourth quarter.

-The Knights finished the contest on a 14-2 run to secure the victory.

-Arcadia's bench outscored its opponent 34-8.

-The Knights matched their season-high with nine made three-pointers, the third time reaching that threshold.

-Arcadia's seven blocks are the second-most of the season.
