Women's Basketball Topped by King's

GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's basketball team fell by a 65-56 final to King's College in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play inside Alumni Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon. Delaney Bell finished with a career-high 25 points while Hanna Rhoades added 14.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-King's jumped out to a 5-1 lead forcing the Knights to an early timeout.

-Arcadia used a 6-0 run to take a 7-5 lead but was outscored the rest of the first quarter 8-3, trailing 13-10 after ten minutes.

-The Monarchs began the second quarter on a 9-2 pace, taking a 22-12 lead with 7:46 on the clock.

-The Knights faced a 34-23 deficit going into halftime.

-Arcadia outscored King's 21-14 in the third, trailing 48-44 going into the final quarter.

-Rhoades hit a three to make the score 49-47 at 8:43, but a 10-2 run put the difference at 10 points with under five minutes left.
