MADISON, N.J. - Leading 6-5 with 12:36 left in the second, the Arcadia University women's lacrosse team allowed 18 straight scores, falling to FDU-Florham in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play by a 23-5 final on Saturday.
Morganne Dee finished with four goals to lead the Knights.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Dee got Arcadia on the board with two goals to begin the contest.
-After the Devils cut the lead to 2-1, Dee broke through again assisted by
Olivia Poley followed by an
Ashley Starkey tally making the score 4-1 with 5:27 left in the first.
-FDU-Florham notched four consecutive goals to take a 5-4 lead.
-Dee and
Campbell Torrey gave Arcadia the lead with back-to-back scores.
-The Devils finished the game scoring the remainder of the goals.
