GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's volleyball team earned its second consecutive sweep as it downed King's in straight sets on Wednesday night inside Alumni Gymnasium.
The Knights improved to 17-9 overall and 7-1 in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play.
Prior to the start of the match, the Knights honored their five seniors,
Owen Heft,
Noel Abraham,
Dylan Zimmerman,
Amadeus Cannon and
Kevin Abraham.
Cannon led all players with 11 kills in the victory. Heft chipped in with 10 for the Knights.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: Arcadia 25, King's 14:
The Knights took control of the set through an early 4-0 run, giving them an 8-5 lead. Arcadia continued to go on multi-point runs as it took the opening set of the match.
Set 2: Arcadia 25, King's 19:
Arcadia continued its momentum from the first set into the second as it won the first six points of the middle frame. The Monarchs battled back to cut their deficit to two, but that would be as close as they got as Arcadia took a 2-0 lead in the match.
Set 3: Arcadia 25, King's 19:
A close beginning to the final set was broken open through a 9-1 Arcadia run, giving it a 16-9 lead. The Knights continued its strong play through the rest of the set as it closed out the match.
