AMBLER - The No. 21 Arcadia University baseball team fell in extra innings to Susquehanna University by a 14-9 final in the opener of the 2023 NCAA Division III Ambler Regional at Skip Wilson Field on Friday morning.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Emilio Pallante got the Knights on the board in the first when he doubled home
Alex Madera.
-Susquehanna scored five runs in the second.

Griffin Murphy put down a safety squeeze in the bottom of the second scoring
Matthew Sot, cutting the deficit to 5-2.
-Arcadia tied the score at five in the fourth on a two-run double from
Kevin Wheeler and a run-scoring triple from Madera.
-The River Hawks retook the lead in the fifth with two runs.
-Sot came in to score on an error in the sixth to make the score 7-6.
-Susquehanna responded in the top of the seventh with two runs.
-Sot singled home
Justin Massielo in the seventh, followed in the eighth by a two-run single from Madera to tie the score.
-The River Hawks crossed the plate five times in the 10th.
