GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's basketball team fell by a 65-44 to DeSales University in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) inside Alumni Gynasium on Saturday afternoon.

FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia fell to 17-2 overall and 6-2 in MAC Freedom play.

-DeSales improved to 17-2 and 8-0, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-DeSales opened the game on a 10-2 run.

-The Knights used a 5-0 stretch to close the gap at 12-7.

-Arcadia trailed 14-11 after the first quarter.

-The Bulldogs began the second on a 7-0 run as the Knights faced a 21-11 deficit with 7:39 on the clock until halftime.

-The Knights trailed 31-18 heading into the break.

-DeSales outscored Arcadia 34-26 in the second half.
