GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's volleyball team swept Cairn on Wednesday night inside Alumni Gymnasium.
 
The Knights are now 8-5 on the season.
 
Andrew Ahn tallied his ninth double-digit kill match, leading the Knights with 10 in the victory. He now has eight double-digit kill matches in his last nine. Riley Kodidek dished out 30 assists in the Arcadia win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
 
Set 1: Arcadia 25, Cairn 16:
The Knights jumped out to an early 9-5 lead. Cairn won the next two points, but Arcadia answered with a 3-0 run. The Knights continued its momentum from that run through the rest of the frame as they went on to win the opening set of the match.
 
Set 2: Arcadia 25, Cairn 17:
The set was tied at 10, but Arcadia took for of the next five points, taking a 14-11 advantage. Cairn would get within two points on multiple occasions in the late stages of the set, but the Knights closed on a 7-1 run to take a 2-0 lead in the match.
 
Set 3: Arcadia 25, Cairn 21:
Cairn took the opening three points of the set, and continued to lead until the Knights took three of four points, giving them a 14-13 lead. The teams traded points until Arcadia closed the set on a 6-2 run, giving them the set and the match.
