GRANTHAM, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's volleyball team fell to Middle Atlantic Conference foe, Messiah in three sets on Wednesday night in its regular season finale.
The Knights finished the regular season with a 16-12 record, and a 4-4 record in MAC play.
Danny Gonzalez tied for the match lead in kills with 11.
Andrew Ahn chipped in with eight kills for Arcadia.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: Messiah 25, Arcadia 22:
Messiah took the first two points of the set. The teams battled through the entire set as the Knights would get within a point on multiple occasions, but they could never tie the frame up as the Falcons took a 1-0 lead in the match.
Set 2: Messiah 25, Arcadia 16:
The set was tied at six until the Falcons went on a 10-2, giving them a 16-8 lead. Messiah closed out the set to take a 2-0 lead in the match.
Set 3: Messiah 25, Arcadia 18:
Arcadia took two consecutive points to get within one at 12-11, but Messiah answered with a 6-1 run. The Falcons went on to win the set to close out the match.
