WAYNE, NJ - The Arcadia University's women's volleyball team split in their tri-match this afternoon at William Paterson.
Bryana Saenz tallied 84 assists over these two matches.

ARCADIA 1, WILLIAM PATERSON 3
HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: ARCADIA 25, WILLIAM PATERSON 20
The Knights started off strong going on an 8-2 run to begin the first set. The middle of the frame was highly contested and the Pioneers were able to come within two. Arcadia was able to secure the last two points to take the first set.
Set 2: ARCADIA 26, WILLIAM PATERSON 28
William Paterson was able to take the lead for the beginning of the second set. The Knights battled back in the middle of the set taking the lead at 13-12. This contest continued to bounce back and forth between each teams. The Pioneers were able to take the last two points to grab the second set.
Set 3: ARCADIA 21, WILLIAM PATERSON 25
The third set was a continuous back and forth between each teams. Arcadia had the lead in the beginning, but then they fell behind and weren't able to catch up.
Set 4: ARCADIA 13, WILLIAM PATERSON 25
William Paterson had control the whole fourth set, being able to secure it for the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: Arcadia 25, Vassar 22
Vassar was able to start off scoring the first five points of the match. The Knights were able to catch up and the set went back and forth in the middle of the frame. This was a continuous back and forth battle and Arcadia came out on top after scoring five straight.
Set 2: Arcadia 25, Vassar 21
Another highly contested set, as the Knights trailed and they came back to take the second set! The Brewers took a commanding leading in the middle of this set. Arcadia was able to take the lead at 16-15. The Knights scored the last two points to secure the second set.
Set 3: Arcadia 19, Vassar 25
The third set went back and forth until Vassar was able to take the lead in the middle of the frame and they were able to take the third set.
Set 4: Arcadia 25, Vassar 18
The fourth set, the Knights were able to take the first four points. The Brewers were able to tie the set at 8. Arcadia was able to take the lead and remain ahead to take the last set.
