COLMAR, Pa. – Arcadia University women's ice hockey team defeated Stevenson University 6-0 in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play on Sunday afternoon as first year goalie, Gabby Meger, collected her first career shutout.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Arcadia won the opening face off and maintained possesion for the first period.
- Kianna Saillant opened the scoring two minutes into the game off a Carys Jelley and Maeve Hourihan assist.
- 1:26 later, Chloe Makinson notched a goal off a rebound shot from Haylee Kos.
- With 14 minutes remaining in the first period, Ava Glab scored her first goal of the game.
- The Mustangs applied pressure in the second period, but the Knight's defense stood strong.
- In the final seconds of the second period, Arcadia was called for a penalty that allowed Stevenson on a advantage that would carry to the third.
- The Knights killed off the penalty with Meger remaining flawless in goal.
- Arcadia went on a power play advantage five minutes into the period.
- Glab capitalized on the power play with a deflected goal coming from a shot from Leah Hatcher.
- Erika Roepke netted a goal for the Knights to extend their lead to 5-0.
- With a minute remaning, Phoebe Roberts found the back of the net on a power play advantage.
