GALLOWAY, N.J. - Griffin Murphy's four RBI's powered the Arcadia University baseball team to its first win of the 2025 season with a 5-2 defeat of Stockton University on Monday afternoon in non-conference play.

FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 1-1 with the win.

-Stockton fell to 0-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Murphy got the Knights on the board in the top of the second when he singled to score Kevin Wheeler.

-Stockton took the lead with runs in the third and fourth.

-Murphy tied the score in the top of the seventh with a solo home run.

-The Knights took the lead in the eighth when Cam Seymour scored on a wild pitch.

-Murphy followed with a two run single that brought home Wheeler and Anthony Bruno.

-Cam Nebel earned the win, allowing one hit in five innings of relief with zero walks and four strikeouts.
