LEXINGTON, S.C. - Seven late runs propelled the Arcadia University baseball team to a 9-4 win over Swarthmore after falling 5-3 against Ithaca to open its 2025 Spring Break in South Carolina on Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
GAME TWO: ARCADIA 9, SWARTHMORE 4
-The Knights opened up the scoring in the top of the second when
Ryan Radigan scored
Anthony Bruno with a sacrifice fly to left.
-After Swarthmore tied the score in the bottom of the third,
Noah Stennett drove in
Taro Pustilnik to give Arcadia the lead back.
-The Garnet crossed the plate three times to take a 4-2 lead.
-
Joshua Agriesti began the comeback in the seventh with a single to right followed by a two-run single to left from
Cam Seymour to give Arcadia a 5-4 lead.
-After Radigan scored on a wild pitch to open the scoring in the eighth, Agriesti launched a three-run homer to right to finish the scoring.
-
Vinny Versaci earned the win with two innings of relief, allowing one earned run on one hit with two walks and three strikeouts.

-Seymour gave the Knights the lead in the bottom of the first with a single that scored
Gabe Diaz.
-Ithaca took the lead with two runs in the fifth and one in the seventh.
-Arcadia tied the score in the bottom of the seventh on RBI's from Abdullah and Radigan.
-The Bombers took the lead in the ninth on a wild pitch and an error.
