Huge First Inning Leads Baseball to Midweek Win

AMBLER - An 11 run bottom of the first set the tone as the Arcadia University baseball team defeated Widener in non-conference play from Skip Wilson Field on Tuesday afternoon.

-Arcadia improved to 9-7 with the win.

-Widener fell to 9-7.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights exploded in the first with the help of five Pride errors and six walks.

-Arcadia added one run in the second and three in the third.

-Gabe Marshall earned his first win of the year, allowing one unearned run across 3.0 innings with one walk and five strikeouts.
