WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - Paige Nolan allowed one run over a five inning complete game in game one helped the Arcadia University softball team take game one 9-1 in five innings before dropping game two 5-3 in Middle Atlantic Conferene Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Saturday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia stands at 3-3 in conference and 7-15 overall.
-King's moved to 9-11 and 1-3 in league play.
HOW IT HAPPENED
GAME ONE: ARCADIA 9, KING'S 1 (F/5)
-The Knights jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the second on RBI plate appearances from
Stephanie Binek and
Dakota Fanelli.
-King's got on the board in the bottom of the second with a run.
-Arcadia added three runs in the fourth and fifth each to put the game away.

-Hinton got the scoring started in the top of the first with a single that scored Ritter.
-The Knights doubled the lead in the third when Binek scored on an error.
-The Monarchs crossed the plate five times in the bottom of the third.

Sybella Demaio plated Hinton in the seventh with a single but Arcadia was unable to complete the comeback.
