HOBOKEN, N.J. - Four runs through the first four innings and solid pitching led the No. 3 seed Arcadia University baseball team to a 4-3 win over top-ranked Stevens in game one of the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Championship on Saturday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 27-15 and took a 1-0 lead in the series.
-Stevens fell to 28-15.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Joshua Agriesti got the scoring started in the top of the second when he launched a two-run homer to left that brought in
Jake Hendershot.
-Hendershot extended the lead to 3-0 in the top of the third when he singled to left scoring
Anthony Bruno.

Derek Rivera finished the scoring for the Knights in the top of the fourth with a solo home run to right.
-Stevens got on the board with a single run in the bottom of the fifth.
-The Ducks added two more runs in the bottom of the ninth to cut the lead to 4-3, but
Cam Nebel slammed the door shut to give the Knights the series lead.

Will Conroy went 4.1 innings, allowing one run on three hits with three walks and three strikeouts.
