HOBOKEN, N.J. - Trailing 5-0 after two innings, the No. 3 seed Arcadia University baseball team rallied for a 7-6 win over No. 1 Stevens, capturing the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Championship on Sunday afternoon.
Jake Hendershot was named tournament MVP.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Stevens led off the bottom of the first with a solo home run.
-The Ducks hit three more homers in the second to take a 5-0 lead.
-
Anthony Bruno began the comeback in the top of the third with a two-run single to right, scoring
Derek Rivera and
Ryan Radigan.

Joshua Agriesti cut the deficit to 5-4 in the top of the sixth with a two-run double to the gap in left-center, plating
Max Oswald and Bruno.
-Radigan followed with a single down the left field line that brought home Hendershot and Agriesti, giving the Knights a lead they wouldn't relinquish.

Thomas Strauch finished the scoring for Arcadia with a single up the middle scoring
Eric Shandler.
-Stevens scored on an error with two outs in the ninth, but
Jadon Dormer struck out the final batter to earn the save.

Vinny Versaci earned the win, tossing 1.2 shutout innings with one strikeout.
