GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's and women's swimming teams are set to compete at the 2026 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship Meet from Thursday, February 12 through Sunday, February 15.
The four-day championship will be held at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa., and will feature eight total sessions, consisting of four preliminary sessions and four finals sessions.
The Arcadia men's team enters the meet with a 5-4 overall record and a 4-2 mark in conference competition. Several Knights rank among the MAC leaders heading into the championship. Matthew Drake sits sixth in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle, seventh in the 50 backstroke, fourth in the 100 and 200 backstroke, and fourth in both the 50 and 100 breaststroke. Braeden Wolf is currently ranked sixth in the 1,000 freestyle, while Tommy Tubinas ranks eighth in the 1,000 freestyle and 10th in the 1,650 freestyle. Alex Pasquarello also holds multiple top-10 conference rankings, sitting eighth in the 50 butterfly, fifth in the 100 butterfly, and seventh in the 200 butterfly.
The Arcadia women's team enters the championship with a 3-9 overall record and a 2-4 conference record. Ava Despeaux leads the Knights with several high conference rankings, placing fifth in the 50 butterfly, second in the 100 butterfly, third in the 200 butterfly, and sixth in the 200 individual medley. Mikayla Scardino is ranked fifth in the 50 freestyle, third in the 100 freestyle, ninth in the 200 freestyle, and fifth in the 100 backstroke. Gabby Schultz sits 11th in the 1,000 freestyle and eighth in the 200 backstroke, while Juliane Heller ranks among the top 11 conference swimmers in the 50, 100, and 200 breaststroke.
Fans must pre-purchase tickets online and present the barcode upon entry, as no tickets will be sold at the venue. Session tickets are available for $10 for adults and $6 for students, while supplies last. A valid student ID is required for student tickets, and re-entry is not permitted.
