YORK, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's swim team currently sits in sixth overall after the second day of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships.
DAY TWO RESULTS
The Knights recorded multiple scoring swims, including several lifetime best performances and three top-eight finishes.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Ava Despeaux earned a third-place finish in the 100-yd butterfly with a time of 59:04, securing a podium finish for the Knights.
-Brooke Boyd recorded a lifetime best time of 2:02:17 in the 200-yd freestyle.
-Audrey Haydu posted a lifetime best time of 2:02:95 in the 200-yd freestyle, shaving off five seconds.
-The 200-yd freestyle relay team of Mikayla Scardino, Sophia Randle, Boyd, and Haydu finished fifth overall with a time of 1:41:32.
-The 400-yd medley relay squad of Scardino, Juliane Heller, Despeaux, and Boyd placed fifth overall with a time of 4:08:47.

The Knights return to the pool tomorrow for Day Three of the MAC Championship meet. Prelims begin at 9:30 a.m. with finals set for 5:30 p.m.
