MADISON, N.J. - A 16-6 second quarter lifted the Arcadia University women's basketball team to a 61-48 win in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play on Tuesday evening.
FOR THE RECORD
-The Knights improved to 9-4 in conference play and 16-9 overall.
-FDU-Florham fell to 1-12 and 8-16, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-FDU-Florham started the game with a 9-3 run through the first four minutes.
-Arcadia finished the first on a 12-4 stretch, leading 15-13 after 10 minutes.
-With the score at 17-15 and nine minutes remaining until halftime, the Knights went on a 14-4 run to end the half, leading 31-19.
-Arcadia outscored the Devils 30-29 in the second half.
