Late Streak Downs Women's Basketball at Delaware Valley

NEW BRITAIN, Pa. - A late 11-0 run proved too much as the Arcadia University women's basketball team fell at Delaware Valley 58-53 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play Monday night.

FOR THE RECORD
- Arcadia fell to 14-8 overall, 7-3 in conference play

- Delaware Valley improved to 8-13 and 3-7, respectively

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights kept the Aggies within one possession for the first quarter, battling back and forth in the second with Arcadia taking a one  point lead into halftime.

- Arcadia held a 30-29 lead with under six minutes remaining in the third, but a 6-0 run put Delaware Valley back in front as it took a 40-37 lead into the final 10 minutes.

- With the score tied at 43 and under eight minutes left in the game, a 13-1 stretch with 10 points from Delaney Bell gave the Knights a 53-47 lead with 4:46 on the clock.

-The Aggies finished the game on an 11-0 run..
