LITTLE RIVER, S.C. - The Arcadia University softball team continued its spring break offensive outburst on Sunday afternoon, defeating Cedar Crest 8-1 before topping Castleton State 8-0 in five innings.

GAME ONE: ARCADIA 8, CEDAR CREST 1

Alexa Kozarski opened the scoring for Arcadia in the top of the first when she brought home
Sadie Drozdowski and
Sofia Forbito with a single to right, and later in the inning scored on a wild pitch.
-Cedar Crest got on the board with a run in the bottom of the third.
-Drozdowski, Forbito,
Dakota Fanelli, and Kozarski all drove in runs in the seventh as the Knights pulled away.

Lizie Lopez earned the win, allowing one run on four hits with zero walks and four strikeouts in a complete-game effort.

Isabel Vitense with a single to right center.

Mac Champion plated Edwards and Hinton with a single to left-center.
-Drozdowski scored Mihalik with a bunt single.
-Diaz-Rivera finished the scoring when she doubled to left-center, bringing in Champion and Drozdowski.
-Champion notched the win in the circle, tossing four shutout innings allowing five hits, two walks, and two strikeouts.
