Jamison Lynam were named First Team All-Midde Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) while
Joshua Okocha was named MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Year and head coach
Adam Van Zelst was named Coach of the Year, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday morning.

Johnson earned his second First Team selection after he set new career-highs averaging 17.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per-game while shooting 42.6 percent (118-277) from the field. Johnson ranked fourth in the MAC Freedom in scoring, seventh in assists, and 14th in field goal percentage.
Lynam secured his first appearance on the First Team after he averaged 17.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.7 steals while shooting 46.8 percent (173-370) from the floor and 42.3 percent (66-156) from beyond the arc. Lynam ranked fifth in the conference in scoring, ninth in assists, 10th in three-point percentage, and12th in field goal percentage.
Okocha was named Defensive Player of the Year after ranking fourth in defensive rebounds (142), ninth in steals (40), and 13th in blocked shots (15). Okocha becomes the second Defensive Player of the Year in program history after Jalen Watkins '23 in 2021-22.
Van Zelst earned his first Coach of the Year honor after leading the program to its first regular season title and No. 1 seed since 2018-19, with the teams 18 wins the most since that season. Van Zelst has led the team to the postseason tournament every season, and this year led the program that led the conference in scoring margin at 8.0 points and the stingiest defensive team as the Knights surrendered 66.5 points-per-game this season.
