2016: Placed 119th at the MAC Championship with a time of 29:41.6 (10/29)… Placed 176th at the Gettysburg Invitational with a time of 29:02.2 (10/15)… Placed 179th at the DeSales Invitational with a time of 28:20 (10/8)… Placed 114th with a time of 29:58.18 at the Messiah College Invitational (9/24)… Placed 29th with a time of 28:57.9 at Cairn’s Highlander Invitational (9/10)… Recorded a 44th-place finish with a time of 25:00.8 at Ramapo’s 5K Roadrunner Invitational (9/2).

2015: Finished 35th with a time of 28:49.2 at the Delaware Valley University XC Invitational (9/05)…Finished in 94th with a time of 28:50.5 at the Cougar Classic (9/12)…Finished 134th in the 4K with a time of 18:02.5 at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational (9/26)…Finished 65th place with a time of 27:23.4 at the 33rd Annual DeSales Cross Country Invitational (10/10)…Finished 161st with a time of 27:02.0 at the Gettysburg Invitational (10/17)…Finished 97th place with a time of 28:01.6 at the MAC Cross Country Championships (10/31)…Finished 260th with a time of 27:19.3 at the NCAA Division III Mideast Region Cross Country Championships  (11/14).

High School: 2015 graduate of Sachem High School East, where she was coached by Dan Schaub as a member of the cross country team… Served as team captain… Led her team to league, county and Long Island championships… Was also a member of the league and county champion track & field teams.
 
Personal: Daughter of Linda Stow and Joe Evola… Has one sister, Victoria, who attends St. Joseph’s College… Her brother, Vincent, attends the University of Rhode Island, and her other brother, Joseph, attends Suffolk County Community College.
