2019: Competed in all eight meets… Achieved a personal record of 27:54.3 and finished 67th overall at the MAC Championships (10/27)… Crossed the finish line in 27:58.0 at the Paul Short Invitational (10/5)… Set a new personal record in the 5K with a 17:34.2 mark at the Blazer Twilight Invitational (9/13)…  Had a time of 28:21.7 at the NCAA Regionals (11/16)… Placed second on the squad in every meet.
 
2018: Competed in all seven meets... Ran a season-best of 29:58.6 at the DeSales Invitational (10/6)… Placed 32nd overall with a time of 19:09.6 on a 5K course at the Bryn Mawr Invitational (8/31)… Recorded a time of 30:52.3 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Championship (11/10)… Finished 96th overall with a time of 31:16.6 at the MAC Championships (10/27)… Crossed the finish line in 30:41.5 at the Gettysburg Invitational… Named to MAC Honor Roll.

2017: Finished 39th with a time of 18:59.8 to start the season at the Bryn Mawr Invitational (9/1)... Finished the Lebanon Valley Dutchmen Invitational in 32:29.77 (9/9)... Clocked in at 34:29.5 for a 64th place finish at the Delaware Valley Invitational (9/23)... Was the first Knight to cross the finish line for the short run at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational timing in at 12:58.0 (9/30)... Set a new season-best at the Gettysburg Invitational with a time of 29:07.1 (10/14)... Claimed an 83rd place finish with a time of 30:15.5 at the MAC Championship (10/28)... Finished the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional in 29:18.0 (11/11).

2016: Placed 25th at Ramapo’s 5K Roadrunner Invitational in 18:19.3 (9/2)... Placed ninth at Cairn’s Highlander Invitational in 29:17.2 (9/10)… Placed 33rd at the Messiah Invitational with a time of 28:57.45 (9/24)… Placed 101st at the DeSales Invitational in 28:27 (10/8)… Placed 145th at the Gettysburg Invitational in 29:26.2 (10/15)… Placed 66th at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship in 29:20.03 (10/29)… Placed 214th at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship with a time of 28:28 (11/12).

High School: 2016 graduate of South Brunswick High School… Was coached by Wilfredo Rivera as a member of the cross country team… Helped team his team to runner-up finishes at the conference and Central Jersey championships… Was additionally a state qualifier as a member of the indoor and outdoor track & field teams, and was a national qualifier as a member of the 4x800 relay.
