Before Arcadia: Competed in three seasons of cross country, four seasons of indoor track and two seasons of outdoor track at Ohio University… Opened the cross country season with a career-best 6K time of 23:01.2 at the Cardinal Classic… Posted a career-best of 19:36 in the 5K at Bluegrass Cross Country Invitational… Finished 74th overall at the MAC Championships… Chosen to the All-MAC Academic Team in back-to-back seasons.

High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Central Bucks High School East… Named a two-time Team MVP for cross country… Won the league championship in 2013, while placing 19th at the state championships… Finished eighth overall in the 4x800 state championships.
