2023-24: Competed in 5 meets... Set a school record in the 1000m with a time of 2:55.64 at the 2023 TCNJ Indoor Open(12/20)... 

2022-23: Competed in seven meets... Recorded a fifth place finish with a personal best time of 2:58.88 in the 1000-meter race at the 2023 Deschriver Invitational (2/5)... Participated in the 4x800m relay (8:54.79) at the MAC Championships (Feb 24-25).

2021-22: Competed in eight meets for the Knights... Earned a career best mile time of 4:59.85 for a third place finish at the Golden Wolves Invitational (12/4/21)... Recorded a personal best time of 58.36 seconds in the 400m run at the Bow Tie Invitational (12/10/21)... Finished fifth in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:14.24 (1/28/22).

High School: Competed in four years of cross country and eight semesters of track & field at King Philip Regional High School… Chosen a 2018 Cross Country League All-Star… Received  the Unsung Hero Award as a sophomore… Earned several medals for top finishes at cross country and track & field meets… Named a 2020 League All-Star for indoor track & field… Qualified for the national meet in the DMR during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
