Recorded a personal best 200m time of 28.42 at Widener (4/18)... Ran a personal record 400m time of 1:04.21 at Millersville (4/4)... Competed in the 4x400m relay at Penn Relays (4/25)... 2023: Competed in seven meets... Earned a personal best 400-meter dash time of 1:07.78 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Participated in the 4x100 meter relay (51.85) that finished in 10th place and the 4x400 meter relay (4:17.98) that finished in 12th place at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... Set a new personal record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:14.19 at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... competed in the 4x400 meter relay that broke the program record with a time of 4:17.84 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitation (Apr 13-15)... member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished in first with a program record time of 51.74 at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational (4/21).
