2019-20: Competed at all seven meets... Chosen to the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Sportsmanship Team... Qualified for the MAC Championship in a team-best three individual events... Placed 11th overall with a personal best of 8.90 in the 60-meter hurdles at the MAC Championships (2/28)... Finished 10th overall in the triple jump with a top mark of 12.24m at the MAC Championships (2/29)... Had a top mark of 1.68m in the high jump at the MAC Championships (2/29)... Helped the Knights reach the podium in the 4x200m relay with a time of 1:36.31 at the MAC Championships (2/28)... Participated in the 4x400m relay (3:37.33) at the MAC Championships (2/29)... Achieved a personal best in the triple jump (12.35m) at the Frank Colden Invitational (2/8).... Recorded the team's top mark in the high jump (1.73m) at the Collegeville Classic (1/25). 

Previous School: Member of the Christopher Newport University track & field team for one season.

High School: Graduated from North Penn High School... Earned eight varsity letters for track & field... Recieved the North Penn Alumni Association James Gulick Award.
