2022-23: Competed in five meets... Recorded a twelve place finish with a personal best time of 5:03.47 in the mile at the 2023 Deschriver Invitational (2/5).

2021-22: Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll... Competed in seven meets for the Knights... Recorded a career best distance of 5.01m in the long jump at the Golden Wolves Invitational (12/4/21)... Earned a personal record at the Bow Tie Invitational (12/10/21) in the 400m run (1:03.42)... Ran to a big PR in the 5k as he recorded a time of 16:56.40 at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/12/22).

2019-20: Competed in five meets... Achieved a personal best of 1:07.83 in the 400m run at the ESU DeSchriver Invitational (2/1)... Recorded a top distance of 4.29m in the long jump at the Frank Colden Inviational (2/8)... Named to the MAC Honor Roll.

High School: Named All-Central second team and honorable mention… Chosen a two-time Marple Newtown MVP.
