2021-22: Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll... Competed in eight meets for the Knights... Earned a personal best 800m time of 2:17.46 at the Muhlenberg Invitational (1/28/22)... Ran a career best mile in 4:57.43 at the PLEX Shootout (2/5/22)... Finished fifth in the 3k with a personal best time of 9:46.16 at the Kutztown Qualifier (2/18/22).

High School: Competed in four years of tennis, two years of cross country and one season of track… Chosen an All-Delco honorable mention in cross country.
