Biography

2022-23: Competed in eight meets… Crossed the finish line in fourth place in the 3000-meter race with a personal best time of 9:58.93 at the 2023 DeSchriver Invitational (2/5)... Achieved a career best time in 400-meter dash (1:00.08) and the mile (4:59.37) at the Princeton Indoor Invitational (2/19)... Participated in the 4x800m relay (8:54.79) at the MAC Championships (Feb 24-25).

2021-22: Competed in seven meets... Earned a personal record of 5:02.97 in the mile at the PLEX Shootout (2/5/22)... Dropped .22 seconds for a new personal best time of 5:02.75 at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/21/22)... Contributed to the fourth place 4x400 relay finish (4:09.34) at the Kutztown Qualifier. 

2019-20: Competed in six meets... Achieved a personal record in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.35 at the Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier (2/21)... Recorded a personal best of 5:11.24 in the mile at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/15).

High School: Ran three years of cross country at Souderton Area High School… Participated in two years of track & field.
