2022-23: Competed in eight meets for the Knights... Recorded a personal best time and new school record of 4:49.90 in the mile at the Princeton Indoor Invitational (2/19)... Ran the 3000-meter in 10:43.20 for a career best time at the 2023 DeSchriver Invitational (2/5).

2021-22: Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll... Competed in six meets for the Knights... Recorded a personal best time of 5:02.70 in the mile at the Golden Wolves Invitational (12/4/21)... Ran the 800m in 2:15.79 for a career best time at the Bow Tie Invitational (12/10/21). 

2019-20: Competed in six meets for the Knights... Recorded a personal best in the 800-meter run (2:20.50) at the ESU DeSchriver Invitational (2/1)... Ran a season best in the mile (5:10.86) at the Susquehanna University Invitational (2/15).

High School: Graduated from Exeter Township High School in 2019… Competed in track & field for four years… Member of the cross country team for two years.
