GLENSIDE, PA:  Arcadia University saturated Lancaster Bible's net with 10 goals in the first ten minutes of today's non-conference women's lacrosse game easing past the visiting Chargers 21-5 on Easton Field to improve to 3-3 overall.  The Knights were paced by ten different scorer's in today's season high goal spree. 

Arcadia's top offensive threats, first year Haylee Molloy scored five goals, a game high, while junior Meghan Fallon was the top point producer earning 7 pts. on 3 goals and 4 assists. 

Sophomore Kaitlin Barry scored three of her four goals on the game in the first six minutes, giving the Knights a quick 2-0 jump start with only two minutes ticked off the clock.  By the half, Arcadia had mounted a 16-3 lead, carrying an 11 unanswered goal spree beginning in the first half over into the second. 

The Knights contolled ball possession outright, ripping 40 shots toward the Charger cage while shuting their visitors down defensively, allowing LBC just 15 chances.  Arcadia corralled 20 draw controls with 7 credited to Feffer and 6 to Molloy while each team tallied one free position goal aside. 

Sophomores Barry (4G, 1A) and Katie Bauer (2G, 1A), first year's Catherine Brown (2G, 1A), Jaclyn Feffer (1G, 1A), Dana Roessler (1G) and junior Stephanie Welch (1G) combined for a total team effort to help the Knights improve to 2-1 at home.  Aiding in that were first year's Jaclyn Kell (1G) and Sam Sidoriak each netting their first collegiate score in today's win while sophomore Jenna Crothers finished with two helpers.

Winning keeper senior Amalie Kreitman played the opening 22:38, credited with 3 goals against (GA) and 1 save to improve to 2-2 on the season.  Junior Sarah Baumgardner saw 7:22 of scoreless action while junior Deanna Thompson finished out the final 30 minutes with 2 GA and 3 saves. 

The 0-6 Chargers' Becky Melber made 9 saves while Whitney Heiss paced the visitors with a hat trick. 

Arcadia (3-3, 0-1 Freedom) faces former conference rival Gwynedd-Mercy College this Thursday (3/29) in a non-conference match up on the road at 4 p.m.
