GLENSIDE, Pa. - On Sunday, February 9th, members of the Arcadia University baseball team held a charity baseball clinic for local youth baseball players. The event was organized by Arcadia senior pitchers
Jordan Hofferman (Elkins Park, Pa.) and
Robert Worrell (West Chester, Pa.) as part of their senior graduation project.
The clinic featured members of the AU coaching staff and players taking the participants through a series of position specific instruction, where each participant had the opportunity to experience playing at each position.
In total, the event raised over $1,000, all of which will be donated to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as part of Arcadia University's Cancer Awareness Game on Saturday, March 29th.
