DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's tennis team dropped a close match to the Delaware Valley University Aggies, 5-4 on Friday night.
In doubles,
Allyson Naiken and Megan Obarowksi were able to defeat Melanie Mayhew and Tess Hansler, 8-3 at the first position.
In singles, the Knights picked up wins at the No. 1 spot, as Naiken defeated Mayhew, 8-5, while
Zoe Foglia defeated Natalie Hoffman 8-6 at the second position.
Amy MacNeill was also able to pick up a victory at the No. 4, defeating Magen Moore, 9-7.
The Knights will return home on Saturday when they face Alvernia University in a MAC Commonwealth match at 2:00 p.m.
