GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's tennis team registered a 7-2 MAC Commonwealth victory over visiting Stevenson University Saturday at Weiss Courts, evening its conference record at 2-2 for the season. The Knights are now 2-12 after winning two of their last three matches. The Mustangs remained winless for the season (0-11, 0-4 MACC).
Arcadia swept the doubles matches to take a commanding 3-0 lead heading into singles play. Juniors

Megan Obarowski defeated Christina Endy and Ty-Chelle Williams 8-2 at No. 1 and the No. 3 team of junior
Amy MacNeill and freshman
Maggie Karolkiewicz were 8-2 winners over Sara Downing and Kaitlyn VanTosh. Freshmen
Zoe Foglia and
Nicole Shulman gutted out an 8-6 win at No. 2 against Jennifer Garcia and Colleen Martin.
Naiken went on the defeat Williams 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, while Foglia was a 6-1, 6-1 winner over Garcia at No. 2. MacNeil recorded a 6-0, 6-1 win over Martin at No. 3, and Shulman registered a shutout victory over Downing at No. 5.
The Knights will be back in action Tuesday when they travel to Albright College for a MAC Commonwealth match.
