GLENSIDE, Pa. – Senior
Grant Fisher and
Jacob Schellinger put forth record-setting performances on their Senior Day, leading the Arcadia men's swimming team to a 225-17 win over Stevenson. Sophomore Fisher bested the Lenox Pool record in the 1,000-yard freestyle before Schellinger topped the pool record in the 100-yard butterfly; sophomore
T.J. Dalton capped the day's records with a new pool standard in the 200-yard IM.

- The Knights end dual meet competition with a 10-2 record.
- The Mustangs fell to 0-11.
SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Prior the start of the meet, the Arcadia swimming program recognized Fisher, Schellinger and
Mike Gallagher for their contributions and dedication to the growth of the men's program throughout their careers.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Fisher was the first record-breaker of the day, as he finished the 1,000-yard freestyle in 9:57.01, over three seconds faster than the previous standard 10:00.81 set in 2016. He nearly set a second record in the 500-yard race, as his 4:52.86 was just .05 seconds shy of the pool record.
- Schellinger was next on the record-breaking list, as he finished the 100-yard butterfly in 53.33, 1.1 seconds better than junior teammate Michael Melissen's time set earlier this year. Schellinger finished the 100-yard freestyle in 53.38 earlier in the day.
- Dalton's 200-yard IM record came in his third event of the day. After finishing the 200-yard butterfly in 2:09.01 and the 100-yard freestyle in 50.56, the East Stroudsburg, Pa. native touched the wall in the 200-yard IM at 2:00.90.
- Gallagher claimed the top spot in the 100-yard backstroke at 1:01.70.
- Sophomore Mark Preedy was a two-time winner, as he topped the field in the 200-yard freestyle at 1:48.99 and the 100-yard freestyle at 49.48.
- The senior class ended the day together, as trio teamed with freshman Justin Reed in the 200-yard freestyle relay to finish at 1:35.48.
NOTES:
- The Knights finish the season with a perfect 9-0 mark against MAC Competition.

- Arcadia turns its collective focus to the MAC Championships, which are set for February 15-18 at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa.
