Arcadia Women's Swimming Fifth After Day Two of MAC Championships
YORK, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's swim team sits at fifth overall after day two of the 2022 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) swim championships at Graham Aquatic Center in York, Pa. on Friday evening.
The Knights moved up one spot after completing day one in sixth place.
The top finishes of the day for Arcadia was in the 200 free relay, where the team of
Emily Raedisch,
Katherine Pastva,
Risa Krauss, and
Sarah Ritter placed fourth with a time o 1:41.82, and in the 400 medley relay, where the team of
Julia Stephens, Krauss, Raedisch, and
Gigi Brown also came in fourth with a time of 4:04.32.
In the 200 freestyle, Stephens was the high finisher with a time of 2:01.11, good for seventh place.
Natalie Link followed in 14
th place at 2:04.42,
Hannah Daniels was 15
th at a personal-best 2:04.67 and
Madison Desjardins also set a new personal-best at 2:07.23.
In the 400 IM, Pastva finished in 5:08.46, good for 11
th while
Emma Kury finished in a personal-best 5:19.70 and 14
th place.
Arcadia returns to the pool for day three tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
