YORK, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's swimming team finished day three of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships in fifth place on Saturday night.
Risa Krauss brought home the first medal for the women's squad on Saturday night as she won the bronze medal in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:07.42. Kira Alderman finished in 12th place in the event with a time of 1:10.39.
Olivia Hyde finished in 15th place in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:28.71 and Emma Kury recorded a personal best time of 2:39.06 for 20th place in the event.
In the 100 backstroke, Julia Stephens finished with a time of 1:02.38 for 14th place and Emily Raedisch finished in 18th place with a time of 1:02.05.
The Knights finished in sixth place in the 800 freestyle as Katherine Pastva recorded a personal best time in the leadoff spot, followed by Julia Stephens, Hannah Daniels and Natalie Link.

The Knights finish the MAC Championships on Sunday. The first session begins at 10 a.m. and the final session of the meet starts at 6 p.m.
