YORK, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's swim team completed the four-day Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship on Sunday night. As a team, the Knights finished in fifth place with 734 points.
Natalie Link appeared on the podium in the 1650 freestyle as she finished in eighth place with a time of 18:57.45. Maddie Desjardins finished in 17th place with a time of 20:12.15 and Erin Dunphy finished in 24th place with a time of 21:18.50.
The Knights had four finalists in the 100 freestyle as Katherine Pastva finished in 13th place (56.09), Emily Raedisch finished in 15th place (56.31), Sarah Ritter finished in 18th place (56.14) and Hannah Daniels came in 22nd place (57.19).
Julia Stephens just missed out on the podium in the 200 backstroke, finishing in ninth with a time of 2:12.85. Jess Rodgers finished in 24th place with a time of 2:26.07.
Kira Alderman finished on the podium in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:35.93.
Stephens, Pastva, Raedisch and Ritter finished on the podium in sixth place in the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 3:44.96.
