Chester, PA - The Arcadia University men's swim team beat Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) competition and Head Coach
Aaron Green's Alma Mater, Widener University with a score of 176-79 on Saturday afternoon. The Knights touched the wall first in 10 of the 14 events to win their last dual meet of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Owen Foley swam 14 seconds faster than his lifetime best 1000-yd freestyle time for a first place finish (10:26.17).
- Ryan Erdman touched the wall just .5 seconds before Widener's swimmer for a first place finish in the 50-yd free. His time of 22.47 is less than a second short of his personal best time from last season's MAC Championship meet.
- Shane Stauffer earned himself two individual wins this afternoon. He swam the 100-yd freestyle in 48.96 seconds and the 100-yd backstroke in 54.88 seconds which was less than half of a second from his season best.
- George Mitev touched the wall second in the 200-yd butterfly (2:08.52).

Janis Kirsis was less than a second off of setting a new season best 200-yd freestyle time with his second place finishing time of 1:49.50.
