YORK, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's swim team fell to York College (Pa.) 114-91 in their season opener.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Dylan Alexander had two comeback wins in the 1000-yd freestyle (10:36.83) and the 500-yd freestyle (5:05.05). He beat out York by .61 seconds for the win in the 500-yd freestyle.

Tyler Mui touched the wall first in the 100-yd breaststroke (1:00.75), just .55 seconds away from his personal best time.

Shane Stauffer swam to two second-place finishes in the 50-yd freestyle (21.58) and 1 backstroke (1:00.75). His 50-yd freestyle time was .09 seconds from his lifetime best time.

Thomas Tubinas was only a second off of his personal best time in the 1000-yd freestyle (10:58.17).
- The 200-yd freestyle relay group of
Matthew Drake, Stauffer,
Carlos Pinga and
Johnny Pierce finished in second with a time of 1:29.03.
