WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Arcadia University men's golf team improved its team score by 12 strokes, posting a score of 319 in the second round of the Williams Fall Invitational on Sunday afternoon.
The Knights finished with a team score of 650 across the two rounds after they shot a 331 in Saturday's opening round.
Brooks Hoffman finished tied for 40
th place in the event after shooting a six-over, 77 on Sunday. He finished 11-over for the tournament.
Shawn McKnerney joined Hoffman in shooting a sub-80 round on Sunday as the senior carded an eight-over, 79 in Sunday's final round.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Hoffman shot an even par, 36 on the back nine with two birdies, two bogeys and five pars.
- McKnerney had three birdies in his round, one on the front nine and two on the back nine.
- Maurer completed his first collegiate tournament with two birdies in Sunday's final round, with one coming in both the front and back nine.
- McGuire and Song both carded one birdie in their rounds.
