MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's wrestling team officially kicked off its inaugural season on Saturday at the Messiah Invitational. The Knights placed eighth out of 10 teams, earning 67.5 points in the program's first-ever competition.
Arcadia was led by Jacob Blair, who captured first place at 133 pounds, defeating Vincent Ziccardi of Washington and Lee with an 8-1 decision to secure the first individual title in program history. Close behind was Logan Flynn at 285 pounds, who finished second after medically forfeiting in the championship match against Carter Stack of Washington and Lee. Lucas Tirpak also reached the podium, placing fifth at 141 pounds.
