DALLAS, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's wrestling team traveled to Misericordia University on Saturday for the Cougar Classic Invitational, turning in another strong performance in the program's inaugural season. Three Knights won their respective weight classes, as Jacob Blair (133 pounds), Caden Frost (149 pounds), and Logan Flynn (285 pounds) all went undefeated on the day. For the second straight week, Tyler Mains earned a fourth-place finish at 197 pounds.

133 Pounds
Aamire' Gaskins
• Gaskins dropped both of his matches, first being disqualified in the third period against Vincent Paolucci (York) and later forfeiting to Brody Bogues (Wilkes).
Jacob Blair
• Blair won all four of his matches, beginning with a first-period fall over Brody Bogues (Wilkes) at 1:02.
• He followed with an 18-3 tech fall over Logan Barkley (York).
• In the semifinals, Blair blanked Andrew Perez (Ursinus) with a 15-0 tech fall.
• Blair secured the 133-pound title with a 6-0 decision over Vincent Paolucci (York).
141 Pounds
Josiah Thomas
• Thomas dropped both matches by fall—first to Trokon Kai (Elizabethtown) in 47 seconds, then to Ryan Brown (York) at 6:55.
Malik Barkor
• Barkor fell by tech fall (19-2) to Andrew Schaen (Ursinus) in his opener.
• He rebounded with a 6-3 decision over Ethan Washburn (Wilkes).
• Barkor followed with a major decision over Constantino Kocoronis (Wilkes).
• In the final consolation round, Barkor fell by pin to Cristian Pote (Misericordia).
149 Pounds
Aidan Capasso
• After two byes, Capasso fell by first-period fall to Braden Sitton (Wilkes).
• Gabriel Whittington (Elizabethtown) earned a fall at 1:33 in Capasso's second match.
Caden Frost
• Frost went a perfect 4-0, with three victories by fall. After a first-round bye, he secured a fall over Evan Shirberg (Ursinus) at 3:53.
• Frost then pinned Brady Quinn (Misericordia) in 1:13.
• He added another first-period fall over Jared Schiable (York) in the semifinals.
• Frost claimed the 149-pound title with an 11-3 major decision over Michael Williams (Misericordia).
Julius Martinez
• Martinez opened with a dominant 15-0 tech fall over Michael Morgan (York).
• He then earned a 12-6 decision over Gabriel Washington (Elizabethtown).
• Martinez fell by pin to Braden Sitton (Wilkes) at 2:22 in the quarterfinals.
• Evan Shirberg (Ursinus) later defeated Martinez by fall at 1:09.
Michael Cliver Jr.
• After an opening bye, Cliver Jr. medically forfeited both of his matches.
Tyler Glazier
• After a bye, Glazier fell by pin to Kevin Murphy (Wilkes) at 2:18.
• In a high-scoring bout, Glazier dropped a 23-14 major decision to Evan Shirberg (Ursinus).
157 Pounds
Kehinde Mogaji
• Mogaji dropped both matches—first by a 12-2 major decision to Brady Colville (Misericordia), then by a 17-7 major decision to Jack Doran (York).
Riley Gutierrez
• Gutierrez finished 1-2 on the day, earning a fall over Carlos Panchana (Delaware Valley) at 2:38.
• He then fell by a 15-3 major decision to Dillon Lombardi (Ursinus).
• In a close bout, Gutierrez dropped a 14-13 decision to Frank Gulli (York).
Taiwo Mogaji
• After a bye, Mogaji fell 8-6 to Connor Sklavounos (Wilkes).
• He then medically forfeited his second match.

Landen Taylor
• Taylor dropped his opening match by a 14-5 major decision to Brayden Shannon (Wilkes).
• Derek Giordano (Ursinus) earned a 19-3 tech fall in Taylor's second bout.

Jagger Gray
• After two byes, Gray fell by a 17-4 major decision to Omari Watson (Wilkes).
• AJ Cerulli (Ursinus) won by medical forfeit.

Aidan Murray
• Murray opened with a 12-11 decision over Jake Gross (Ursinus).
• He fell by first-period pin to Josh Stahl (York).
• Murray later dropped a match to teammate Tyler Mains by a 12-1 major decision.
Tyler Mains – 4th Place
• Mains went 4-2 to earn his second straight fourth-place finish.
• He opened with an 8-2 decision over Tristan Cuellar (Misericordia).
• Lucas Romasco (York) earned an 18-2 tech fall over Mains.
• Mains responded with a fall over Aladdin Fenaoui (York) at 5:14.
• He then recorded another fall over Quincy Risper (Delaware Valley) at 5:54.
• Mains defeated teammate Murray by major decision (12-1) before falling to Romasco again by a 16-2 major decision.
285 Pounds
Logan Flynn – Champion
• Flynn went 4-0 to win the 285-pound bracket. He opened with a 17-2 tech fall over Juan Zerita (Delaware Valley).
• Flynn added a 24-8 tech fall over Luke Abilio (Wilkes).
• In the semifinals, Flynn secured a 2-0 decision over Derek Martin (York).
• Flynn claimed the title with an 8-1 decision over Aiden Hidlay (Misericordia).
