NEWTOWN, Pa. - Arcadia University women's ice hockey senior 
Karahkwenhawe White has been named a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) NCAA Woman of the Year nominee, as announced by the conference office.

White had an exemplary career after coming in with the first class for Arcadia's women's ice hockey program, ending her tenure as the first-ever All-American in program history, earning CCM/AHCA Third Team East. 
After her first season, White was named MAC Co-Rookie of the Year, First Team All-MAC, and to the United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC)All-Rookie Team. After being named Second Team All-MAC after her sophomore season, White earned MAC Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All-MAC, First Team All-UCHC, and Academic All-MAC. 
This season, in addition to her All-America recognition, White was named First Team All-MAC, the MAC Women's Ice Hockey Senior Scholar-Athlete, Academic All-MAC, and Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area. 
White holds multiple program records, including goals (47), assists (52), points (100), power-play goals (18), and short-handed goals (2).
White also displayed leadership off the ice as the President of the Knights of Color Council and was a member of the women's golf team.
