NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Arcadia University softball team has been selected to finish sixth in the 2026 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC Freedom) Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday morning.

Lebanon Valley was picked to finish atop the conference standings after capturing the MAC Freedom title last season and earned six first-place votes. Misericordia was tabbed second and received the remaining two first-place votes.

Arcadia will open its 2026 season on the road on February 28 at Haverford College. MAC Freedom play begins on March 21 when the Knights travel to Annville to face Lebanon Valley. The conference tournament is scheduled to begin on April 30 and will be hosted at the home sites of the top two seeds.
