IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's swimming team delivered a dominant performance on Saturday afternoon, defeating Immaculata 143–29. The Knights (5-4, 4-2) recorded a first-place finish in every event but one to close out the regular season in impressive fashion.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The meet opened with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay, as Jordan Green, AJ Benowitz, Owen Foley, and Chris Carroll touched first with a time of 1:51.56.
• Braeden Wolf claimed first place in the 1,000-yard freestyle, finishing in 10:22.74, while Tommy Tubinas earned second at 11:06.37.
• Owen Foley took second in the 200-yard freestyle at 1:54.03, with Michael Sanchez close behind in third at 2:00.70.
• Christopher Stanaway captured first place in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 22.93, while Green followed in second at 25.32.
• Matthew Drake won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:08.81, followed by Mikalai Yakhimchyk in second (2:11.11) and Carroll in third (2:11.49).
• Sanchez, Benowitz, and Yakhimchyk completed a clean sweep in the 100-yard butterfly.
• Stanaway picked up his second win of the meet in the 100-yard freestyle, touching first at 51.45. Green finished third at 56.86, and Johnny Pierce placed fourth at 57.24.
• Drake earned another victory in the 100-yard backstroke with a winning time of 56.76.
• Wolf secured his second individual win of the day in the 500-yard freestyle at 5:03.47, with Tubinas finishing second at 5:13.28.
• Benowitz won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:11.43, while Foley placed second at 1:13.08 and Pierce third at 1:15.85.
• The Knights closed the meet with a win in the 200-yard freestyle relay, as Stanaway, Wolf, Yakhimchyk, and Drake finished first in 1:34.06. Carroll, Sanchez, Tubinas, and Pierce earned second with a time of 1:39.37.

The meet marked the conclusion of the regular season for the Knights, who will next compete at the MAC Championships beginning February 12.
